| A 1980’s contractor-built spec house was
redesigned and expanded with an entirely new look. The floor
plan was completely revised into an open, contemporary space
with plenty of natural lighting. The original garage was converted
into a guest bedroom; and the entry was relocated to a more
visible and inviting location with a curved-stone, wall-terraced
garden. |
