S. Barzin Architect is a full service architecture and design firm founded by Shahin Barzin, AIA and is located in Jamestown, RI.

SBA designs are noted for their elegance, craftsmanship and practicality. We approach the design with the understanding that every project is unique in relation to the clients needs and the site characteristics. Our primary objective is to understand the clients needs and expectations and how to foster their vision into reality. Projects range from beach-front houses to simple straw bale homes, medical offices and "Green" LEED certifiable office buildings.

Shahin Barzin holds bachelor degrees from Rhode Island School of Design in both Architecture and Interior Architechture. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, NCARB and RI Green Building Council. He is also a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist. Awards for his work include citations from Progressive Architecture magazine, Photographic Salon of Japan and Rhode Island Monthly Design. His Work has also been published in Elle Decore, Cookie Magazine, Fine Homebuilding and New Kitchen Idea Book
